{Hers} Saturday sunshine with my sunshines

It’s finally Friday!! As we get ready for this weekend I wanted to share some photos from last weekend.  The 3 of us decided to get on the 101 freeway and head to the pier.  We rented at “4-Wheel Pedalina” and pedaled our way around, savored the most scrumptious shrimp tacos, walked along the pier, swung on the swings and got our toes wet.

As I drove home Saturday afternoon listening to the sounds of my loved ones slumbering (they snore!) I thought to myself “I needed this”.  For a few hours I felt like I didn’t have a care in the world.  I wasn’t worried about work or my to do list waiting for me at home.  Instead I was  able to direct all my attention to my daughter and my husband.  I was able to put every ounce of my energy into making a memory with the ones I love.

Here’s to Saturdays and the final days to summer sunshine! xo.

Thank you! It was such a great day! As you know I’m excited for this weekend :) Apparently I went once when I was little but I don’t remember a thing (and I usually remember things like that). I’m sure it has changed a lot since then but I’m excited to experience it for what feels like the first time for me and technically is the first time for my daughter. Hope you have a great weekend too!
