Good morning and welcome to Monday! I wanted to begin the day by sharing this print I came across yesterday while checking out some of Lana’s (of Making a House a Home) pins. I couldn’t help but smile at the sight of this one. It’s that easy folks, being happy that is, or at the very least working towards it. Seems there’s some choice involved and one can either keep doing what one is doing or make a change (anyone talk to the man in the mirror lately? MJ had it right.). And so my lovelies I wish you a Happy Monday! And should decide that you would like to engage in some self-reflection this morning reading this chart seems like a pretty good starting point.

Here’s to change, although sometimes difficult, uncomfortable and possibly even excruciating (can you tell I don’t like it) but oftentimes absolutely necessary. And of course, here’s to keeping things the same because, as the saying goes “if it aint broke don’t fix it”.
