I’ve got some exciting news for you this Wednesday evening!
Many of you have been asking when our episode of Secret’s From A Stylist airs. It’s coming! For those of you who don’t know Chris, Jalayla, and I got what felt like the opportunity of a lifetime – Emily Henderson and her amazing crew styled our living room. Yes my darlings you read that right. The Emily Henderson aka Emily Von Henderson :) helped make our house look more like a home and got rid of that annoying echo that filled the room.

I’m so excited and yet so nervous to see myself (and the little miss – not so much the Mr. he’s way more cooler than I am) on camera. We will be sharing more about our experience when the show airs so be sure to check back. And who knows, maybe if our episode goes really well HGTV will beg us to do a spinoff show and film our journey as we slowly but surely work to make the rest of our house look as lovely as our living room. Hey you never know. We never thought in a million years we’d be on HGTV (actually I was keeping hope alive) and it happened…

JULY 23rd! Yes yes! I told you it was airing soon! The 3 of us and our living room will be making our television debut in just a few weeks!!! Eeeeeek!!! In the meantime since you’re already on the compter why not check out the HGTV website and see what shows are casting? As you can see even regular folks get selected for their shows. I mean our moms think we are quite special and wouldn’t describe us as “regular” but we are about as regular as you can get. What I’m saying is that we’ve got no pull with HGTV. When went through the same process as everyone else who applied to be on the show.
The new season of Secret’s From A Stylist starts July 9th! Set your DVRs people. It’s going to be amazing. Promise. Oh and until then catch up on season 1 episodes here.
